Mr. Wishik is a 25+ year Wall Street and Financial Services veteran holding multiple Senior Leadership positions at several of the largest International Financial Services Companies in the World. Most recently Mr. Wishik was the Global Head of Finance and Operations for Market Data at Citigroup.
Prior to joining Citigroup Mr. Wishik spent 4 years as a Senior Consultant and Advisor at Bloomberg Enterprise Solutions, Deutsche Bank and BNP Paribas focusing on leading global initiatives for Finance and Regulatory Transformation.
Before diversifying into Consulting and Advisory, Mr. Wishik was Senior Business Manager at UBS and CIT covering Prime Finance and Corporate & Trade Finance, respectively. These roles were heavily tilted towards CFO level responsibilities and particularly as it relates to UBS, assessing, designing, and implementing scalable and sustainable Financial and Operational supporting infrastructure.
Previous to his Business Management roles, Mr. Wishik spent a collective 10 years at Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse Managing Finance Organizations specializing in Financial Planning & Analysis, Consolidations, Decision Support and Business Intelligence implementations.
Mr. Wishik’s professional attributes are best described as a Senior Manager with a unique blend of business management experience with deep financial reporting and analysis expertise enhanced with a process improvement mindset. Strong analytical capabilities and a proven track record of sound decision-making and problem-solving. Extremely adept at building relationships within and across organizations, supporting executive management and executing as a change agent. Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-visibility situations and managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously. A leader and collaborative partner able to execute, improve and deliver.
Mr. Wishik attended Pace University where he attained a bachelor’s degree majoring in Public Accounting and minoring in Finance.
Mr. Wishik is Lean Six Sigma Certified and is a Subject Matter Expert in Program Management.
